Ingredients:

  • 2-3 tablespoons of sugar or honey (adjust to taste)

Instructions:


  • Wash the blueberries thoroughly if using fresh ones. If using frozen blueberries, you can use them as they are.
  • Place the blueberries, milk, vanilla ice cream or yogurt, sugar or honey, and vanilla extract (if using) into a blender.
  • If you want a thicker shake, you can add a few ice cubes at this stage.
