- Green chutney (made from mint and coriander) - 2-3 tablespoons
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon

- Lemon juice - 1-2 tablespoons
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons
Instructions:
- Begin by preparing all the ingredients. Chop the vegetables finely, roast the peanuts, and keep the chutneys ready.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the puffed rice.
